I’m golfing with ghosts, or for ghosts or both this weekend. What I am doing is returning to my hometown to spend the weekend with two of my childhood friends. We’ve known each other since we were in diapers and will still know each other when we’re in diapers again. I think that’s a pretty amazing thing.   1. This brings tears to my eyes, not only for Sara and all her amazing angels, but for all of us. Our past is what has made us the people we are today. All our memories good or bad have shaped us. Raise your glass and toast your past, present and future life and to Sister Sara and her angels.

    1. Perfectly said, Karen. Raise a glass and toast your past, present and future… It’s the people and experiences in our lives that help us grow. And, also… thank you for being there. You are a true Angel on Earth, always helping others. 🙂 At one point I looked around the crowded room and couldn’t believe the support. And at the end of the day, when Sara’s dad hugged me with tears in his eyes, I wished everyone there knew how much it REALLY meant to her family. We said it was too bad Sara wasn’t there with us, but then I thought, of course she’s here. Sara wouldn’t have missed a party like this for the world! Here’s to Sister Sara!! 🙂
